Our Colorado drop camps are designed for experienced hunters who want to escape crowded trailheads and access remote public land. Using horses, we pack you and your gear deep into a backcountry camp, allowing you to focus entirely on hunting in prime habitat. Our drop camps are ideal for hunting elk, mule deer and bears. Each drop camp features a fully furnished canvas wall tent setup, including cots, heat, cookware, tables, chairs, and all essential camp equipment. You’ll enjoy the comfort of a well-established base camp while maintaining the freedom and flexibility of a self-guided hunt. Once game is harvested, there’s no need to worry about the pack-out. We will transport your meat back to the trailhead, we can also drop it off at a local cooler so the meat stays fresh while you continue hunting.

Available for archery, rifle, and muzzleloader seasons, including over-the-counter 2nd and 3rd rifle seasons, as well as draw-only seasons where applicable.
