This area of SE Colorado near the New Mexico border has a great population of antelope. Our season begins August 15 and goes until September 20. These archery antelope hunts are three days long with you arriving on the day before and leaving the day after the hunt finishes. Licenses are unlimited meaning you don’t have to do a computer lottery but can buy them over the counter. This is a fully guided hunt with meals and lodging included (license and gratuities not included). The quality and number of bucks you will see on our private ranches is very impressive. We prefer to take mature bucks, so our clients can continue to take trophy bucks each year; Pope and Young trophies are common with archers also occasionally taking a Boone and Crockett buck. Field preparation of meat, skinning and capping are taken care of and prepared for the trip to the locker or taxidermist, if that is your wish. Come and put your license on one of these trophies. If you are looking for a great antelope hunt this is the one. We take a limited number of hunters every year, and it has proven to produce Boone and Crockett bucks year after year. It is a very low impact hunt with nonstop action and excitement. This is a fully guided hunt with meals and lodging included (license and gratuities not included). All rifle antelope hunts in Colorado require that you apply for the draw. Our hunters have been successful in drawing their license in the past. However, if you don't get your license in the draw, we do have a few land voucher licenses available. This is a great time for the hunters and guides as well. This hunt takes place October 4-12 and is truly an amazing time to be hunting in Colorado. It doesn't get any better than this!
This is as good as it gets! A five day guided archery elk hunt during the rut. This is a non-stop action hunt with bugling bulls and fall weather in Colorado; it doesn't get any better. We take pride in giving every archery hunter plenty of opportunities. During September the bulls are in rut and there is plenty of bugling action. Most all of our harvested bulls are bugled in to range or we spot and stalk. Both methods are highly successful. We are hunting higher mountain property and foothills all the way out into the plains. Yes, there are plenty of trophy elk on the plains in the buck brush, cedars, scrub oak, creek bottoms and mesa tops. Our older ranch house is not a Hilton Inn but serves us very well. What we may lack in fluff and buff accommodations, we make up for with our great guides, homestyle cooking, and excellent hunting properties. This is a fully guided hunt with meals and lodging included (license and gratuities not included). We are currently booking for 2025.
All mule deer hunts in Colorado require application for the draw to get a license. However, all of our hunters have drawn a tag in past years. If, for whatever reason, you do not put in for the draw or are unsuccessful we do have a limited number of land voucher licenses available. The hunt is full service with guides, game preparation, food and lodging (license and gratuities not included). You will never feel overcrowded by other hunters as you seldom see anyone else. This is a great habitat for mule deer with plenty of oak brush, cedars, scrub oak, creek bottoms, hay fields, and mesa tops to roam. Our wish is that you will only harvest a large, mature buck to let the younger bucks grow up. This is an enjoyable hunt that we look forward to every year. We offer two mule deer hunts. The second combined season works well for catching deer in their summer range October 25 - Nov. 2, and the third combined season November 8-16 finds the bucks starting their rut. Colorado is known for its monster mule deer, and our ranches are no exception.

Colorado may not be known for large whitetail, but we take pride in harvesting some tremendous whitetail that may soon make us a whitetail hunting destination. This is a December hunt that takes place in the peak of the rut December 1-5. This is an over-the counter license so application for the draw is not necessary. We only take four hunters a year allowing for a quality opportunity. This hunt is no exception; fully guided, meals, lodging, and game preparation are all included. This is the best way to kick-off your holiday season!
