Since 2002 we have taken many trophy buffalo off the Dismal River ranch in the rugged sandhills of Nebraska. This is a one of a kind hunt. These buffalo live in a 5,000 acre high fence with no help from humans; such as feed, water or in-breeding. This is a true buffalo hunt conducted by spot and stalk.

These hunts will be conducted from permanent ground blinds situated at our most active permanent water holes. A hunter set up in one of these spacious ground blinds can expect to have scores of antelope come to water within easy archery range of them and they can expect to have opportunities to take Pope & Young quality antelope bucks each and every day!

North American Pronghorn are commonly called Antelope. Our game management practices, high buck to doe ratio and our modest harvest allows many of our buck to reach full maturity and their full horn growth.

3-Day Guided Rifle Pronghorn Antelope Hunt (2 Bucks)

In selected areas, a hunter may hunt for and harvest two (2) mature buck Antelope on a single hunt if he or she has two valid Type 1 licences for that area.

3-Day Guided Rifle Bull Elk Hunt (Type 2)

These hunts take place on the same large privately owned lease as our Type 1 bull hunts. Many of these bulls are very old and big. They simply lack the genetics we are looking for but make for an outstanding trophy. This hunt provides a very high success rate. The tags are much easier to obtain. With a hunt price that is affordable.

6-Day Guided Bull Elk Hunt (Type 1)

6 days1 hunter📅 Sep – NovApplication period for non-resident area 122 or 117 type 1 elk licenses is January 1 until January 31. Averaging 6-8 preference points to ensure a tag is drawn.

Our Elk Lease is in the middle of all privately owned land. These elk receive very minimal hunting pressure. Our elk hunts are truly impressive, with a large number of elk and some great bulls. All elk hunts are conducted on private properties, with Type 1 bull tags drawable with no preference points but averaging 6-8 points to ensure a tag is drawn.
