The person helping me sized me up for a daypack in maybe ten minutes, walked me through two options, and didn't push the pricier one. Layers were easy to find. Store is laid out in a way that actually makes sense. Liked the mountain views you get from basically every angle outside the entrance too. Pricing felt fair for Aspen. Used the pack the next morning and zero complaints, straps held up, fit was dialed. For a busy schedule this place gets you in and out without sacrificing the actual expertise part. Will be folding it into my regular rotation when gear needs come up.
