We had a fantastic time and everyone in our group was very impressed with the accommodations, cooking, hunting conditions and especially the guides. Troy did a great job with our groups and guide pairings based on ability, experience and desired hunt type. Very impressive how much land and land type they have access to as well. Strongly recommend TWO - I will absolutely be back!

Thanks to Troy and Tina and Cole and Hunter for a most memorable time my wife and I have had turkey hunting! The lodge and meals were top notch thanks Tina for the hospitality! I’ve been hunting turkeys for about twenty years but ten years ago I had a stroke pretty much I lost almost all my ability to use my right side. But my wife knew what hunting meant to me she said your going to hunt again. Within a year we bought a action track chair and a couple of adjustments to the chair I was able to shoot one handed and I was out in the woods again with the same success I had before the stroke. Thanks again to Cole and Hunter I was able to bring two turkeys home!

Trophies West was an absolutely amazing experience. From the first day of sighting in rifles and checking into the awesome lodge I knew I was in for something special. This was the first time I had ever gone hunting and while I had months of preparation, the guidance and knowledge of our guides Cole and Hunter was so incredibly helpful. Hiking the beautiful eastern Montana country side and seeing so many animals and finally being able to get a great look to harvest a beautiful buck is an experience I am extremely grateful for. The evenings in the lodge having supper with the guides and talking about the hunts of the day....and the delicious food prepared by Spider...all just top of the line experiences. I truly hope to be able to get back again in the future...one of the best adventures I have ever been on. Troy and the whole group of guides and folks at Trophies West make you feel welcome and help to create truly memorable experiences.

First, it is a wonderful, beautiful property inside and out. It is a gorgeous place to be. Secondly, the staff was very helpful friendly and very hard-working. I was far as for the Hunting guides , they were all great, knowledgeable, well prepared, and easy to get along with with no problems. Troy and Tina were excellent at answering any questions or concerns we had and were very warm welcoming in our arrival. The cooks were also excellent. You will have no problems with food and amenities there. The rooms and beds were more than adequate. In fact, they were great. They were very clean and no dust was found. The Hunting, was also excellent. I went on a Whitetail hunt and saw more Whitetail in one day than I’ve seen in three months at other places. The guides do their homework and do their scouting. I highly recommend this place with five stores no questions asked. The guides trucks were even clean. not full of dust and dirt. Again five stars they are awesome. I highly highly recommend this outfitter.

Over 2 years ago I started working with Toy Sams the owner of Trophies West. Troy was great he was positive about me drawing the tag. He sent pictures and videos of animals harvested as well as animals he had scouted. When the hunt finally happened it was like Christmas! There were elk opportunities on everyday of the hunt. My guide was well versed, patient and polite. He had us in elk every day! The accommodations were great, my own bed, bathroom and shower. Food was outstanding and there was too much of it! The days were long and required that you rest in between hunts to stay in the game. There was a great archery range to make sure you and your bow are on. It was a fantastic hunt with great people and accommodations but unfortunately the week of the hunt flew by. I would definitely recommend Trophies West. The people and the lodge are great and there is plenty of game on properties that Troy has access to.
