The camp accommodations and food were top notch. This is the place if you are looking for a full-service guided elk hunt with a high probability of hunting success.

★★★★★I went to Snake River Outfitters not knowing what to expect. After hunting with Jake and Bob both very experienced guides with lots of knowledge after just a short time I knew we were in good hands. I went with my father and brother hoping to kill a couple of bulls and being prepared we may not all 3 tag out. The first couple times out in the woods we saw tons of elk with some nice bulls but just didn't make it happen for different reasons. Then on the third day of the hunt I started out the day with a nice 6x6 bull and on the other side of the ranch just A few minutes later my dad shot a nice 6x5. With all the pressure of myself and Dad now we had the rest of the week to get brother an elk, Jake saw it different let's do it all in the same day, sure enough after miles of walking and hunting,that same evening my older brother killed a 5x5 sure enough 3 nice bulls all the same day. I was very impressed with the hunting, the lodging was nice and food was great! Really all around a very pleasant experience with lots of great hunting with guides who treat their job as if they own the business. The entire staff cared about you and want to see you have an overall great trip. Thanks to the entire staff for a trip the Newcomb's will not forget.
