Our group from Oklahoma did a full day ride with Cheyenne and she was amazing. So much fun. Cheyenne took such good care of us and we had a blast with her. Highly recommend.

What a way to get into the back country of the Bridger-Teton Wilderness! Excellent stock, wranglers and especially, camp cook. The location can't be beat and the day rides are spectacular. It's basically a hunter camp so don't expect the Ritz, but all your needs are met. Give it a try!

I’ve done some packing but this was the best trip ever. Owen is a great guide and Cheyenne kept us fed and happy. I’d recommend it with no reservations

I was visiting my friend from SC and she arranged a ride for me and my 10 year old and her and her 12 year old. My 10 year old was very nervous and Cheyenne was really patient and took the time to talk to her about her own experiences. She rode with her and made sure she was comfortable. Riley rode behind me to make sure I understood the directions to guide the horse. Both of them were very patient and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed the ride and the views can't be matched. The majestic views are breathtaking and it's a great way to take in the views. Thanks Riley and Cheyenne!!!

We had to drive 55 minutes from Teton village, so the location on Google maps is not where the ride takes place. You will only be walking. The horses are well behaved, but know that helmets will not be provided. The ride was beautiful and we even saw pronghorns.

We booked a full day horseback ride and had the best experience. The guide was thoughtful and took us on a stunning trail with lunch by a stream. The landscape was amazing and we hardly saw anyone all day. We did see a black bear on the other side of the stream and the guide pointed out tracks from various animals. The horses looked well cared for and everything was done with a high level of care of thought. Can't wait to go back and go on another ride. Cannot recommend more highly.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience riding with Shoal Creek Outfitters! The owner Riley was incredibly responsive and accommodated our late booking. Our guide Owen was friendly an excellent horseman and very knowledgeable about the area and its history. The horses are owned, bred and trained by Riley and are obviously well cared for and loved. They were perfectly behaved and sure footed. The area is beautiful with views of snow capped mountains on two sides and grassy meadows with wild flowers. We highly recommend!

We had a blast!!! Riley, his wife, helpers and the horses are amazing. My family had a excellent time we will definitely come back and visit them for a horse ride again. We traveled through trails, up mountains, down mountains and got some great knowledge and some amazing pictures. This was a great trip with not all the packed tourist. We liked this the best since it was more of the nature and away from ppl and in the woods. I definitely recommend Shoal creek outfitters, very honest great people.

Right from the first time we spoke to arrange a trip Riley was straightforward, honest, accommodating, and excellent in every way. My wife and I wanted to do a one-day ride and fishing trip. The weather conditions leading up to our trip date were very difficult, but Riley was prepared and worked with us as we watched the weather up to the last minute. Thankfully the weather broke right for us and we were able to take the trip. We had an unbelievable experience riding the horses, Turk and Louis through beautiful Teton country. Riley is very knowledgeable and eager to share his love of the outdoors. He answered any questions we had, WOW we learned so much! The camp was well maintained, lunch was good, drinks cold, the horses are super well cared for and have excellent temperaments. Can't forget the dogs; Elsie and Claire are super fun to have with you on the trail as well! We were also able to catch Wyoming Cutthroat trout in Shoal Creek! Overall a fantastic experience, highly recommended! Hope to spend time with you all again soon.
