We recently had a three night corporate retreat filled with meetings and fly fishing! In a group of ten, we had people who had never fished before and most had never fly fished. Every single person in our group caught a fish! Even the guy who said he has been fishing multiple times and never caught anything! Every guide for our group was knowledgeable, courteous, supportive, and encouraging. The cabins were awesome. My son and I spent 4 days on the Bighorn with River Rock Outfitters. I can’t say enough about the guides! They were very accommodating to us. They were very patient with me, as i am a novice at fly fishing, and provided great tips to my son who is very experienced. We caught a lot of browns and rainbow trots. Their lodge is also great. It’s beautiful place located on the Bighorn. They have everything you need to live comfortably. And if you need supplies, the town is a15 to 20 min drive away. My mom and I booked a day flyfishing with the owner Mack and we had the best time!! Could not recommend them more! It was my mom's first time flyfishing and I was so surprised by how well she did. Our guide Mack was incredibly patient, instructive and encouraging with helping us get our casting down. We both caught lots of fish but also enjoyed taking a break to just enjoy the scenery, birds, and wildlife. Mack worked really hard to row us to hot spots and we could tell he was really knowledgeable about the river. It was a trip I'll cherish with my mom for a long time. We immediately rebooked for next year and are planning to bring our whole family for a 3 day trip and stay in their beautiful river side lodge. Would highly recommend booking a fishing trip with Riverrock!!
