Over the past several years, Elk have slowly migrated onto our privately owned, leased land. We have counted over 12 bulls and hundreds of cows in one herd, and our guides have encountered several herds in a single day. Our area allows for a 3-month hunting season, during the rut, and the archery/rifle season runs simultaneously. Our elk hunts are fair chase; it is not a high fenced hunt, so you can expect to harvest an elk ranging from 290 to 330+, although we have had hunters harvesting an elk scoring above that range.

We offer both Rifle and Archery Mule Deer hunts, customizing each hunt to your specific needs. Our mule deer hunts are all on privately owned, leased land and are fair chase only; this is not a high fenced hunt.

Antelope are the second fastest land animal (running up to 61 miles/hour), antelope can out-sprint predators; perhaps this is why Wyoming has an abundance of these animals. We are one of the few states that does not require a preference point to draw. Due to their speed and endurance, our antelope hunts have been described as an “exciting adrenaline rush”. When archery hunting, you can test your “ninja” skills of spotting and stocking, or you have the option of “staking out” from a ground blind, where you can get up close and personal. Either way, your odds of harvesting a beautiful 70-inch+ buck are better than great! The majority of our archery hunters have gone home with their trophy making Pope and Young. The buck Antelope has unique black facial features and heart-shaped horns make for beautiful mount!

They are most active during dawn and dusk; therefore, we have found our most successful way to hunt them is from a blind and/or spot and stock during the rut. When hunting Whitetail with Rawhide, you can expect to see these deer scoring between 130 and 150; however, since there are significantly more Whitetail deer compared to the number of Whitetail hunters, we have taken up to 180 class.
