My daughter and I recently had another incredible hunting experience with Terry and Stephanie of Racknine Outdoors, marking our fourth visit, and I can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, their professionalism and passion for the outdoors made this trip truly unforgettable. Terry's expertise in tracking and understanding wildlife is exceptional. He provided invaluable tips and guidance, ensuring we had the best chance of success while prioritizing safety. Stephanie was equally fantastic, always making sure we were comfortable and well-fed. Her enthusiasm and knowledge greatly enhanced our experience. We were fortunate enough to harvest a deer, and Terry included us in the entire process once we returned to the house. At no point did we ever feel unwelcome. Having returned for our fourth trip, Terry and Stephanie have become like family to us, and each visit brings more laughter and comfort. The locations they selected were outstanding, filled with abundant wildlife. It’s evident that they genuinely care about their guests' experiences and go above and beyond to ensure a successful hunt. I'm going to start off saying that the place was very clean and nice and the hospitality was well received. The turkey hunting was very poor. It's a tough year with the rain but we paid for 2 hunters and never saw a single tom in 3 days. I kind of expect a little bit of scouting on their part and to let us know that birds are not ready yet before we commit to the weekend and don't receive a half back return or discount on another hunt. I didn't scout any other properties and now I'm out the money and bird less for the spring season; put a lot of faith in the property. They are great people and very pleasant to deal with but after hunting for a lot of years with a lot of outfits, when things don't workout and shots can't be made, the outfitter usually tries to make it right.

Terry and Stephanie provided more than just a first class Turkey Hunting experience. They made me feel at home right down to the sweet iced tea and BBQ running all day. There are plenty of birds here. I shot 2 on a large property that I had all to myself. There were gobblers all around me. The lodge is large, quiet and very well organized. The meals were served with southern hospitality. Stephanie did a great job of communicating before during and after. I am glad that I took a chance on these guys. Returning from a hog hunt in Alabama with these wonderful folks. I did not end up harvesting a hog this trip but I guarantee I will be back to try again! It is a fair chase hunt and sometimes that happens. Other members of our party did have success. There were 6 hunters in our party and 6 hogs were harvested. Terry, Stephanie, and TJ were fantastic hosts. They really made you feel at home. The food was amazing , and we had an absolute blast. If you want the best hog hunting experience possible, Racknine outdoors is the place to make it happen. Absolutely 5 stars across the board!

Me and my girlfriend came down for a 3 day turkey hunt. They treated us both as family and the food was amazing. Had a fridge stocked full of beverages for us to help ourselves to. Now, let's get to the hunting. They had multiple properties that I had access and the same for the other hunters there. I hunted two properties and both were perfect for turkey hunting. The perfect mix of fields and timber. We seen a bunch of deer. I was able to tag a nice tom opening day and they moved me to another area to limit pressure which I liked. Alot of other places will give you one place to hunt for the entire time no matter the situation. The second day, bad weather hit so it was unproductive. Third day, I tagged out with another nice tom. Racknine outdoors is top notch and deserves every bit of 5 stars based on both hospitality and hunting opportunity. I thank them for a great time and plan to be back next year.

Outstanding effort from Terry, TJ and Stephanie in Alabama. I didn't get a buck this trip but the majority of the hunters in camp did. Most were 'regulars', which speaks volumes about how the folks at Racknine treat their clients. Saw lots of deer and finally shot a doe for the freezer. Weather was a big factor. Choice of roomy ladder stands or cozy shooting houses, very nice on rainy days. Home-cooked food was excellent throughout. Accommodations not fancy but very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Big-screen TV with satellite service. Only issues: A little hard to find as GPS misdirected me. Some of the back roads are not paved, but not a problem for a truck or SUV. Weak cell coverage in spots in this remote country location.

I am going to try to keep this as short as possible, because I am not only a talker, but my experience was leaps and bounds better than 5 stars. From the second I pulled into the Lodge, I was made to feel like family. They are humble, experienced hunters and guides and go out of their way to make you comfortable. I went into this never hunting outside of Michigan and am beyond grateful for the opportunities I was given while I hunted with them. All I can say is that these people work harder than any people I know and thousands of acres, hundreds of cameras, and more stands and blinds than one can imagine. Every single hunter saw deer on this trip and 2 beautiful Velvet bucks were recovered this hunt. Terry, Stephanie and TJ, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the hard work you guys put in to make me feel like family. I plan on seeing you all soon for multiple hunts, especially next year for some redemption on my end.

I just recently finished a September Kentucky Velvet hunt with Rack9 outdoors and could not be happier with choosing this company as an outfitter. Too many people have bad experiences with outfitters who struggle with prioritizing customer service, revenue, and their own personal hunting success - which ultimately leaves a bad experience for people. Terry and Stephanie do not struggle with this; their number one priority is customer service and working hard to do the little things to improve your experience. Make no mistake, hunting mature whitetail is not easy, and it's even more difficult with a bow - so don't expect to have one tied to a tree for you; but you can expect Terry to do everything to work as hard as he can to make you successful. Terry is an accomplished hunter and strategically places stands across multiple properties and ensures they are not over hunted. You will not find another outfitter that balances this so well. Every single person during the week I hunted had an opportunity at a trophy, in the some of the worst hunting (weather) conditions. This can be attributed directly to the lack of pressure. I had deer walk directly under a ladder stand and not even look at it every single day. Outside of hunting, expect to become part of the RackNine family. Terry and Stephanie bring you into their family on the first day and make you feel appreciated and welcome. I expected the food to be okay - since it was "included"; I was wrong, every night I had a world class meal equivalent to a Thanksgiving Dinner. The reason this hunt is so affordable is because Terry and Stephanie do everything themselves. They guide, plant food plots, put up stands, cook, clean, etc - without any additional help; some of the hardest working people I've met. They don't do this to make more money - they do this to keep the hunts more affordable for the average working American that earns an honest living. Stop looking for another outfitter. This is the one. I'll be back again, and again. Lastly - leave a good tip. They deserve it.

This was my first deer hunting experience since I was 14 years old. I’m now 40 and a little late to the party but wanted to get back into the outdoors with my family. My hunt was a 5 day archery rut hunt and my words can’t explain how awesome it was. From the scenery, the AWESOME food, friendly atmosphere, great accommodations and even better people.
