Had a great time deer hunting. There were four of us hunting for 4 days and we all saw multiple 8 pointers or better. Lodge was very clean and food was good, they are willing to go the extra mile to make your stay the way you want it. Had my father with me who is 80years old and they were able to drive him close to the deer stands and made sure he got in the tower blinds ok It was nice hunting somewhere where the deer weren’t over pressured. At no time did they look up at us in the stand/blind. Overall a very good experience and we will be back!

My wife and I Just got home from a 3 day deer hunt. Took my wife in attempts to get her first rack buck but we came up short. Cooper and Damon did what they could to get us on deer. We had one shot opportunity at a big main frame 8 but it got to dark to make a confident shot. Lodging was great,food was good, weather was bipolar. Definitely will return for hogs and deer.

Kevin has it figured out!! If you are on the fence about where you should go to experience the best hunting in the south, this is the place you want to go. Tristen was our guide and he did an exceptional job, he treated my son like he was his little brother. Mrs. Darlene is one of the best cooks around and you will want to go back for seconds, it's that good. Cooper, Tristen and Damon(Luke Jr) took my son on a hog hunt and did not disappoint. Me and my buddies have never done a guided hunt before and were honestly scared going into this because we had absolutely no idea what to expect( you have the choice of having a guide with you at all times or being dropped off alone), but all the staff were incredibly nice and did there absolute hardest to make sure everyone took something home from looking at there trail cameras for the most activity , flying the drone around all night updating us on where they would be coming from to driving us to where they were bedded. The lodging isn’t 5 star but it’s totally understandable since the building is a work in progress( which is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars), with that in mind it was still very cozy. Don’t even get me started on the food, that could be a whole other paragraph of pure delight. Over all it was a great trip and we will definitely be back in the future.( All the land this lodge has is not high fenced)

For a free-range hunt, we were thrilled to harvest seven hogs! As a group with extensive experience in guided and semi-guided hunts, we can confidently say that this operation far exceeded our expectations. Beware of this guy. I had a horrible experience while I was there. I left early. The owner wasn't even there, by the way. He had one guide quit while I was there. That sums up how he treats people. There were roaches galore. He didn't even pay the cable bill. He said he would send me back my money, but he never did. He's even blocked me from leaving feedback on his Facebook page. What a clown. If you say you are going to do something, you need to do it.

This was by far one of the most amazing hunts I have ever been on in my life.We had the deer and hog combo hunt. We drove up there with a group of 8. Our trip started out getting there mid day, so our hunt started that evening. The 1st afternoon every single person saw deer. Over the next few days every person in our group got an opportunity to kill a deer or hog, with many of us killing both.. The guides were super knowledgeable and they took us to and from the woods every day putting us in a range of areas from big fields, to hard woods. The stands were all newer and comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing, miss Darlene kept us well fed with real southern cooking. The lodge was big and comfortable and not over crowded. I’m not one to write very many reviews but I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have an amazing hunt.
