Elk hunting offers an exciting adventure that, more often than not, ends up with a stunning trophy. Montana Outfitters offers private land Montana elk hunts so that you can experience the thrill of the hunt for yourself. The Galt Ranch is locked behind closed gates, so you won’t have to worry about other hunters or interference of any kind. We’ve designed our private Montana elk hunts so that the party is just you, the hunter, and the elk. For every two hunters you bring, we’ll provide a professionally licensed guide, and we’ll provide horses and mules as well. No four-wheelers go on this hunt, so you can access any area of the wild. When you sign up for a general season hunt, you get five full days of hunting, so make sure to come prepared for a week out in the wild. While we can’t guarantee you an elk, we do everything in our power to give you the best chance at bagging your own bull.
