A unique feature about the property is the hunter can legitimately choose between big mature mule deer or big mature whitetail as this ranch boasts both. This is big open country with deep canyons and lush creek bottoms providing excellent habitat for both mule deer and whitetail. Lodging and meals on the ranch are provided with a cook onsite. Mature trophy mule deer bucks will score in the 160-190 BC range.
