This 13,000 acre ranch is located in the central part of the state and is in a “Trophy” elk unit. This unit consists of mostly private ground so for the last few years it’s been a 100% draw with actual surplus tags being sold for archery! This is an action packed hunt with big bulls being targeted. Just about every component of archery hunting can be used effectively on this hunt. Calling, spot & stock, and blind/stand hunting have all been effective. This ranch is one of the better ranches in the state with lots of opportunities at big mature bulls. Multiple bulls exceeding the 350 mark have been harvested. Hunters can expect to encounter bulls in the 320-370 range. Hunters will stay in a spacious lodge located in one of the most beautiful settings in Montana! All meals are provided with a cook onsite!
