9-Day Guided Early Season Big Game Hunt
About this package
If your hunt takes place early in the season, we will set up camp at the Beavercreek trailhead for the night. The next morning, after a hearty breakfast at 4:30am, we’ll pack up and saddle the horses, departing on a spectacular ten-hour, thirty-mile ride along the Spotted Bear River to Lone Butte Camp. One significant advantage of hunting in the 'Bob' during early season is Montana's rifle hunting period in mid to late September, coinciding with the prime rut period for elk. This active time for elk herds, marked by increased movement and vocalizations, enhances your chances of a successful and thrilling hunt.
