Recently completed a self guided hunt where Greg and Shannon provided drop camp for myself and friends. Everything was great and they were especially helpful with any questions I had. Shannon kept in contact with me during our entire hunt which was appreciated. I hope to be a return client one day! Highly recommend !

Totally 5 STARS!!! Greg & Shannon are true gems. I was really excited to experience this part of the world and after 20 yrs of dreaming I decided to pull the trigger and reached out to the Roy's. We LOVED our experience here at Mineral Mountain Outfitters. Upon arrival, it was about to storm, so they made us feel at home. They offered us coffee and a dry place to sit until the storm blew over. The weather cleared beautifully and we were able to ride. We had a group of 8 and a few anxious riders. They were able to make sure we were safe, comfortable, and having a good time. JulieAnn, Bryce, and Georgia were all very sweet, well-mannered, and attentive. Shannon was very accommodating and made us feel right at home! All the horses were well trained and gentle. The scenery was amazing! We would love to come back in the future!

I used MMO for a guided elk hunt October 2019. They provided top notch service all the way around. I had a great guide that put me in a great spot where I was able to harvest a nice 5X5 elk. They provide wonderful accommodations for a great price and are very nice people too. I have no reservations about recommending them to anyone who is looking for a fully guided or drop camp elk hunt in SW Colorado.

I used MMO in 2015 for a drop camp and in 2019 for a packout service. MMO came under new ownership in 2019 and I have to say, both new and old owners are some of the greatest people I’ve ever met. The drop camp they put me in was maybe the best elk country I’ve been in yet! Their drop camp had quality gear, their service was great, and they have always been prompt. I highly recommend MMO, and hope to use them again someday.
