We absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect place to bring our fifth wheel and enjoy an unforgettable horseback riding experience. The trail ride was truly deluxe—thoughtfully tailored to each rider’s experience level, making it feel both safe and exciting. It was, without a doubt, the best horseback ride I’ve ever had. The horseback trainers were amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience even more special. The combination of RV camping and exceptional riding made this a unique experience for the entire family (kids ages 9-16) that we can’t wait to come back for. Highly recommend!

The perfect escape from the city! The A frame cabin we stayed in was brand new filled with everything we needed and has the most amazing view of the forest. This is a great place to stay for rustic experience into the outdoors. If you really wanna get back to the old west this is the place you need to go my daughter‘s love riding horses, and this is where we take them to go ride horses every year this year was extra special. My daughter‘s really enjoyed it because we got some new owners and they’re really doing a great job. It was more specialized than ever and it was very entertaining for my two daughters. We’ll go back anytime.

What a wonderful getaway, hidden near Lake George CO! Be sure you know what this is if staying here: a well seasoned, nicely updated, hundred year old ranch. You can stay in a log cabin, a bunk house, or a modern room. Plenty of heat, blankets, towels, water, etc provided. (Even fast wifi if you have a modern device 🤠.) The staff couldn't be nicer or more competent (Jackie and her team.) Truly a pleasure. I stayed a week in the Foreman's cabin: double bed, twin bed plus trundle underneath, two electric heaters, two comfy chairs, "TV tray" table, wonderful wood stove (it works!), mini fridge/coffee/microwave/etc. And bathroom/shower/sink a few steps away. I suppose that could be in high demand if many were staying,but this week it is blissfully quiet.🤠

First, it was a beautiful location, and the wedding venue was wonderful. They did allow us to check in early HOWEVER, the foreman cabin did not have the amenities for a one night stay. No towels and none on the shared bathroom , pillow cases on only half the pillows, the mattress has to be 10+ years old sagging in the middle. No one on site to assist with the issues, just phone number to call. The coffee pot did work but no cups just lids. The windows do not open, no ventilation at all. Not worth the hefty price tag.

My daughter and I have stayed here twice this year. The ranch is beautiful. The owners are welcoming and helpful. We took a horseback trail ride, learned a lot and had an amazing time. The ranch is close to a lake and state park where we went paddle boarding which was fun as well.

We camped there with a large group. The campsites were nice only a little leveling needed Communication was great whenever we had a question. We loved how Jackie was teaching our kids how to ride the horses and the next day took our large group out on a horseback ride after we brushed them. The rec room was fun for the kids and we even used the shooting range.

Reiten, wandern, fischen, die Seele baumeln lassen, alles ist hier möglich. Es gibt auch wunderschöne Räumlichkeiten um eine Hochzeit im Western Style zu feiern! I have been coming to MLazy for years. The new owners have really done a fantastic job with all the changes they have made. The cabin I stayed in was updated, very comfortable and clean. The horse paddocks have been doubled in size making it much more comfortable for my horse to stay. As always the riding was spectacular. With the national forest for your backyard you can ride for hours. This will definitely continue to be an annual trip for me.

If you are anywhere near Lake George, Colorado you need to stop by M Lazy C. My wife and I went Horseback riding and had an amazing time. We had little to no experience but the staff (Jackie) took the time to show us the ropes. She let us bond with our horses by letting us brush and feed us treats. She then demonstrated how to control and the horses and what to do in emergencies. We then went on a ride through their ranch and it was gorgeous! Luckily we were there in late September so we had the chance to admire the Fall Alpine tree changing colors. They offer many other services other than riding, we got a tour of their facilities and it truly is amazing. The cabins are clean, rustic and absolute cozy. This place is about an hour away from Breckenridge, so if you are looking for a unique place to stay for your winter vacations, this would be the perfect spot if you don't want to spend the crazy prices for lodging near the mountain.
