Went to Legacy White Deer Reserve this past weekend with a friend and had an amazing experience. Easily one of the best trips I’ve done in a long time.
Jason, the owner, was awesome. Super attentive and hands-on. Even with a lot of people on the property, he made us feel taken care of the whole time.
My friend is an experienced hunter, but I’m a complete beginner. I’ve only done target shooting before and never hunted. Mason walked me through everything step by step and made sure I was comfortable and confident. Thanks to him, I had a successful hunt. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
Alexis also did a great job guiding my friend. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Huge shout-out to Karina and Jessica. They kept everything clean, organized, and running smoothly. Always helpful and very professional.
The food was another highlight. Jordan, the chef, killed it. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all great.
The lodging and facilities were excellent. Clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Equipment is in great condition and the whole operation runs smoothly and safely.
From the hunt to processing and trophies, everything is handled on site and done right. These guys really know what they’re doing.
Highly recommend this place. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been to ranches on hunts before but nothing compares to the experience offered by Jasonand his team. The guides are experienced and knowledgeable hunters themselves, the food and first class amenities will leave you wanting to come back every year. At other ranches you basically pick a trophy from a catalog, but not at Legacy. You are brought out on a true hunt for a world class whitetail. I will be back for sure!
