About this package

A mature cow weighs approximately 950 lbs and will yield about 225-275 lbs of packaged meat. We have had excellent reviews of the meat from any age cow! One gentleman that hunted with Crazy Woman Bison Ranch a few years ago quoted, "I bought two cows the same year. One was about 2 1/2 years old, and the other was 14 or 15 years old. I could honestly not tell the difference." He has hunted with us since and is coming back for another in 2026.

Availability notes

Our hunting season is November and December. There is always a chance of having severe winter storms. Mud may also be a challenge if we get rainy weather.
