My 18-yr old daughter and I had a great experience fishing with Kirk and his sidekick Marty trolling on Shasta Lake recently. Maya caught the largest fish (of course!) - a 6-7 lb rainbow! I caught a decent 2-3 lb brown trout and between us we brought in three more smaller Kokanee Salmon. Kirk really knows his stuff and worked all morning to get us on some fish, despite heat in the 90s. We stayed in Kirk’s bungalow, which was very cozy. We didn’t manage to catch a lake King Salmon, so we will definitely be hitting him up again for another trip!

BEST DAY EVER! Captain Kirk was great. He knew right where to put the boat to get fish, was personable and easy. Being neophytes to fishing Kirk set up the fishing polls for us and took the fish off the hook. He was so patient teaching us how to cast and bring in the fish.
