Our elk hunts are based in Hunting District 280, known for early-season rifle bugle hunting beginning September 15th and consistently healthy elk populations with strong bull-to-cow ratios. These hunts provide excellent opportunities for harvesting a mature bull or cow elk in rugged Western Montana wilderness terrain.
