I've been coming to Juniper for six years, and I look forward to it every summer. It's different every time, but it's always fun. You can send your kids, but adults can also go on trail rides. They have a horse for everyone, beginner riders intermediate and experienced. If you're reading this and still on the edge about sending your kid to camp or going for a ride, dont be. It's always amazing. You won't regret it.

Looking for a fun outdoor experience? I highly recommend Juniper Mountain Outfitters! They have books and games in their hut with a fire while you wait. We had an amazing ride! The family is so knowledgeable as they ask questions to pair you with a horse perfect for you and your ability level. We had such a fun and beautiful adventure. We look forward to going back again soon! Tip for those going on the early season is to make sure to prepare for the weather. I would have warn warmer socks and gloves. They do have some ponchos and coats to borrow, depending on your size, but always best to come prepared just in case!

Paul and his crew were so great to work with ! We went on the 2 hour horse back trail ride near Warm Lake at Stolle Meadows and Paul, Brooke and all of the other staff went above and beyond to ensure safety, fun and appropriate adventure based on age and experience of the riders in our group. The accommodations for camping also look great although we didn’t stay this time. The spot was in a beautiful setting and I appreciated how they cared for and knew each of their horses so well. Highly recommend this experience!

Paul is an amazing kind caring person. He is very patient especially to be able to deal with 20 crazy kids running around pretty much all summer. We went there this weekend and this was the best "rental" horse trail ride I've ever been on. The horses are good and the ride is completely tailored for the group. Rather than just plopping us on horses and following a leader, Paul gave my granddaughter a complete riding lesson the entire time. I highly recommend this outfit. The summer horse camp for kids looks very promising.
