Didn't see no deer food was good cook was nice Shooting houses need work pretty badly you will be sitting in ankle deep mud if its raining time your hunt is over but may have changed past few years since I been there Hunted 3 days didn't seen 0 hogs 0 deer hunted several spots. i paid 395$ a day you would think to see at least 1 deer.

This was my first time participating in a guided hunt. John and the team at Indian Creek were awesome!! I hunting six times, saw deer 5 out of the 6 and saw bucks 4 out of the 6. While none of the bucks I saw were legal shooters (>13”), I know from past experience that it’s management like this that produces bigger bucks so I know they are there. The food, hospitality, comfort and service was excellent. A special shout out to David, one of the guides, who desperately and tirelessly tried to put me on deer and truly wanted me to be successful during my trip. I’ve looked for several years at hunts like this and John is very reasonable with his pricing compared to other hunts you’ll find. The only reason my review isn't 5 stars is because I didn't harvest a buck. If afforded the opportunity to go back next year, I’ll be there!

They was great people good dinners. Lodge was very nice the trophy and the pictures over the years there was awesome. It was our first out of area hunt ever and I had higher hopes in seeing more game and bigger game than I see at home. In their defense the first day was 72 degrees and I don’t blame game for not moving. Seemed like the other group that was their second year seen game every hunt well the three of us was lucky if one of us seen anything. Again weather was a big issue and I don’t blame that on Indian creek the company and meals was great. For the money spent I was hoping the 17 hour drive down and 18 hour drive back would have Produced more. We do have the memories made with my father and son which I wouldn’t put a dollar value on.

I have been going to Indian Creek for two years and I have shot deer and hogs there. It is always a good time! The night time dinners are delicious, down home country cooking at it's finest!! I can't wait to go back again!!!

John and his crew know how to take care of you! I have hunted with John for three years and this will be my fourth. If you’re looking for good hunting, southern hospitality, and some of the best cooking you will find, Indian Creek is perfect!!

I have hunted with John for six years. I have seen bucks EVERY time I've hunted there. Not every day, but at least one of the three days. If I hunt the trophy area I see deer more than not. On one occasion I saw 21 deer in one sitting. I've killed deer and I've not killed deer. That's hunting! ALWAYS had a great time and the evening dinner is exceptional! The local ladies who come in to cook really know how to cook! If you really want a pleasant experience with the possibility of shooting a quality buck I highly recommend Indian Creek Lodge. I'll be there this year!

My husband paid over $1000 for a trophy buck hunt, and drove all the way from Oklahoma for the hunt. Sat for three days and didn’t see ONE buck. Not one. Was told that if he didn’t get a buck he could come back next year for a discounted price, which was taken back at the end of the hunt. When my husband voices his concern that he wasn’t seeing anything the guide blew him off. Don’t waste you’re money going here
