Just wanted to start off by saying make sure you ask questions up front and make sure you get everything in writing. The guide who took us out cared more about his personal business than our safety on the road. Taking personal calls, texting while driving, looking for photos of things that did not pertain to hunting.The guide seemed to be annoyed as the hunt went on. Switched our guide at the last minute. Tried to charge us extra to stay in the lodge at the last minute but also already had a party there taking up the entire facility. Told us when we got there this is a bad time of the year to hunt for hogs. Never told us to start recording our shots. When I mentioned it he advised yes go ahead and record but never sent us anything. Communication was little to nothing. Had 3 grown men with gear and bags crammed in the back seat for hours. Never asked us if we wanted a break to get food or drinks. For the $600 each person paid just to hunt (no lodging) we all took exactly 1 practice shot and only a total of 5 to 8 shots each during the actual hunt. Definitely over promised and under delivered. The website shows people set up for a nice photo at the end of the hunt, but for us he pulled up to the processing place and said grab your guns and stand at the back of the truck for a photo with the hogs as is.
