Hunted with Hawkins Ridge Lodge in February The lodge was beautiful and my accommodations were great food was excellent and Craig and his guys were excellent I hunted a mixture of green fields and cutovers the stands were in great spots and comfortable the weather didn't cooperate but that's hunting I cant say enough good things about Craig and his guys they worked hard to me in the best spots I will definitely book another hunt next season I would give them 10 stats if I could if your looking for a lodge to book this is the one I look forward to hunting with them agian

Hunted Hawkins Ridge 10 - 13 January 2025. The accommodations were excellent. Three hot buffets per day, two hunters per room, and rooms were cleaned daily. Everything was very organized. Thanks Craig and staff you all hit it out of the park! A great experience from the time you arrive all the way up to the point when you depart. The staff was polite and worked hard to provide you with the best stay possible. The accommodations, meals, the attention to detail were awesome, everything was organized and cleaned every day. That said you can tell a lot of work and thought went into each day to provide everyone with a great experience and opportunity to hunt and take a nice Buck. They started early each morning making sure your day started off right, with a great breakfast, stand selection, and transportation to and from the stands. All the stands were well marked and easy to find. I personally thought that every stand I sat in, I could’ve seen a nice Buck at any time. They go out of the way and share their knowledge with all, in hopes that everyone has a successful hunt. That’s all you can ask! Thanks Craig, Ron, Jake and everyone that worked to provide us with an awesome stay and hunt!!

Craig and his staff are first class people. They run a ver well organized and plan outfit. They take great care in keeping up with the lodge and feeding you while you are out hunting. Come back everyday to a clean room, our beds were made and clean towels folded in the bathroom. Food was fantastic all 3 meals. Craig and his staff do everything they can do to make sure you have a enjoyable hunt. The rotate you in stands so your not sitting in the same stands. Blinds/ stands were very well maintained and clean. They take great pride in what they do. All stands were very well marked and staff did a great job of dropping you off and giving good directions to where the stand was. I would definitely recommend this outfit to anyone. They made our trip a great time. I cant say enough good about this family owned outfit. Thank y'all Craig, Ron, Jake and the rest of the staff

I have struggled with writing this review since June when the turkey season came to a close. During my 2023 turkey hunt with Craig and his son I hunted hard and in 4 days heard 0 gobbles and seen only 3 hens. I would not recommend turkey hunting with Hawkins as I had much better hunts in 5 different states in 2023 on public land. One of the most unfortunate things that happened was the feed being brought in while I was hunting a spot, and the farm that did have a couple toms on it was only hunted 1 evening and 1 morning, that hunter tagged out. The other 4 of us in camp got skunked. Do your own research but there is better places to hunt turkeys. Any place that doesn't bait the bird is better.

Hunt I went on a hunt here last week, Feb. 2024. I was gifted this hunt by my family and paid for a 3 day rut hunt. At the lodge, there were 12 huntress total each day i hunted.I never saw a deer. A few people saw some does but none were killed. I believe the place is over hunted and there are no deer, despite weather and deer movement. I didn’t see any deer tracks going to and from the stand I was hunting at either. Accommodations were nice, but I did feel rushed at meals. I do not believe it is worth the price for a hunt here.

I recently had the privilege of hunting with my cousin at Hawkins Ridge Lodge. This was my second hunting experience with hunting at a Lodge, but I can tell you that it was my best. I saw many deer. It is called hunting. The owner was very accommodating, and Ron and Jake were great guides. Craig, the owner, puts you in great places to harvest a nice buck. My cousin took a really good 8 point the first day out. The lodging and food were 5 star. Recently had a three day hunt which consisted of 6 outings. We had a party of 3. I personally never saw a deer on the 5 outings I participated in. After the 5 th outing no deer had been harvested by the 12 total hunters that were hunting. I did leave after the 5th outing. The Accomidations were good and they served us great food. Guides were great as well. Overall the staff was great. I will probably not go here again. The deer numbers seem to be low.

Attempted for two weeks to book and pay for a turkey hunting trip for spring 2024, after finally getting in contact with someone after numerous attempts, i was told to give my card information to pay for a spot to book my hunt....a week later when questioned about why it hadnt been run, i was told that it was "not that important" and that if i was so worried about money i should probably book somewhere else...

I just got back from a wonderful 3-day hunt with Hawkins Ridge Lodge. I booked the trip for myself and my group of 10 of my customers. This is the 3rd consecutive year I've booked this trip (all with different lodges in different states) and Hawkins Ridge stands out. First, we saw more deer. Second, our stands and boxes were on different types of land - fields, hardwoods, bottoms, creeks... much more enjoyable than the same thing over and over. Third, the lodging accommodations were top notch! I'm sure Hawkins Ridge is great for small groups, but it was perfect for my large group where at other places we felt squeezed in. I definitely recommend it!

We seen deer, turkeys, raccoons and bobcat during our hunt. The blinds were comfortable, food plots looked great, food delicious and plentiful and staff was very friendly.
