H&H was great to deal with. I took them my quarters and they processed and package the meat very nicely. They also took care of caping my bull elk and European mounted the horns. That made it legal for transportation and I have the option of mounting it later.

Very unhappy with what was processed by H & H processing, 3rd season combo hunt on public land we took in 2 large mule deer and 1 cow elk, we received back maybe 100lbs of meat total. The elk was about an 800lb very large cow, which we removed the backstraps and tenderloins on all 3....somehow we received packages back with backstrap and tenderloins???? Very strange they don't weigh any of the animals. Total for all processing was $800.00 what a rip off...never again will we use them.......unhappy hunters!

This was a first time elk hunt to Colorado. two hrs into my hunt on public land I see several elk. I pick out a nice cow put her down 8 hrs later we get everything back to the sxs...looks to be about a 300 lb animal quartered and ready to be cut up the next morning. We take the meat and drop it off to h&h on Sunday_we will return the following Monday to pick up. I have to fly home for medical emergency, and left my buddies to go get the meat which was suppose to be cut and frozen and it wasn't even cut up. H&h gives them some attitude but promises them to have it ready in an hour they come back it's done . When I get the meat I find I have only 24lbs of burger 5 packages of tenderloin two roast only about two lb each... pretty disgusting! I know I had at least 6ft of tenderloin you guys at h&h will never get another dime of my money witch was $300 btw.

I had an elk processed through H&H Processing and the product was unsatisfactory. The steaks looked like they were cut by Jack the ripper and the hamburger looked like wet noodles in a bag of blood. It was very chewy after being cooked and did not have enough suet. Would not recommend!!

John was all about the money and not about providing us the hunt we paid for. Even at the end he managed to screw up my euro mount. This guy will want all the money upfront, because if you waited to the end he wouldn’t get it. I would stay clear of this guy!
