Grand Slam Outfitters offers guided big game hunts for elk, mule deer, pronghorn antelope, mountain lion, and black bear in Wyoming. With over 40 years of outfitting experience, they provide a personalized hunting experience with family guides and comfortable ranch house accommodations. Hunts are conducted using 4WD vehicles, UTVs, snowmobiles, and horseback, focusing on spot and stalk methods for most species.

3-Day Guided Black Bear Bait Hunt
Grand Slam Outfitters offers guided bear bait hunts. We are a small family run business, and our guides are all family members and long time friends who have years of experience hunting in the area. All hunts are priced per person, based on 2 hunters per professional guide.
3-Day Guided Cow Elk Hunt
We hunt elk on our 12,000 acre ranch in the Snowy Range Mountains near Saratoga Wyoming. We are a small family run business, and our guides are all family members and long time friends who have years of experience hunting in the area. Every hunt has a minimum of one guide per two hunters, and hunts are conducted by 4WD vehicle and UTV’s. We have comfortable accommodations in our lodge and the ranch house, with room enough to sleep up to twelve hunters. There is a comfortable lounge set up for watching television, and internet is also available. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style in the dining room, with sack lunches provided during the day.
3-Day Guided Rifle Pronghorn Antelope Hunt
We hunt Antelope on our 12,000 acre ranch, and also on thousands of acres of remote BLM and National Forest that surround our private ground. Bucks are plentiful, and this is a perfect hunt for a first-time hunter who is just being introduced to the sport of hunting. Our Antelope hunts are conducted by 4WD vehicle and UTV’s, and accommodations are located nearby in our lodge and the ranch house. There is room enough to sleep up to twelve hunters, and we have a comfortable lounge set up for watching television or reading. Internet is also available. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style in the dining room, with sack lunches provided during the day. Hunter success rate has been 100% for the past number of years.
5-Day Guided Mountain Lion Hunt
We hunt Mountain Lion from November through March of each year. Our hunting territory includes all of Wyoming and also Nevada. We hunt in Saratoga the months of November and December, then move to Northern Wyoming and hunt the Bighorn Mountains in January. By February we usually move hunting camp to Nevada. Moving to different locations during the hunting season allows us to hunt where the tracking conditions are the best for a successful hunt. We hunt by 4WD, UTV, Snowmobiles, and horseback. The method of transportation usually depends on the weather and snow conditions. This is a one on one hunt. We run a pack of 12 to 15 hounds, and all of them are dogs we have raised and trained ourselves. Success rate is usually about 80%.
5-Day Guided Rifle Elk Hunt
We hunt elk on our 12,000 acre ranch in the Snowy Range Mountains near Saratoga Wyoming. The Elk migrate down to our hay meadows in September during the archery season, and we usually have upwards of 200 head living on the ranch by the time rifle season begins. This enables us to hunt right out our back door! We are a small family run business, and our guides are all family members and long time friends who have years of experience hunting in the area. Every hunt has a minimum of one guide per two hunters, and hunts are conducted by 4WD vehicle and UTV’s . We hunt early in the morning and late in the evening, and most elk are hunted by spot and stalk. For our Saratoga Ranch hunt, we have comfortable accommodations in our lodge and the ranch house, with room enough to sleep up to twelve hunters. There is a comfortable lounge set up for watching television, and internet is also available. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style in the dining room, with sack lunches provided during the day. Success rate generally runs about 90%, with some years running 100%.
5-Day Guided Rifle Mule Deer Hunt
We hunt Deer on our 12,000 acre ranch in the Snowy Range mountains near Saratoga Wyoming. This area has historically been a real producer of Boone and Crockett quality Mule Deer Bucks. We are a small, family- run business, and our guides are family members and long-time friends who have years of experience hunting in the area. Every hunt has a minimum of one guide per two hunters. Most of our ranch hunts are conducted by 4WD vehicle and UTV’s, and we usually hunt early in the morning and late in the evenings. Accommodations are at the ranch house and lodge, which comfortably sleep up to 12 people. There is a lounge set up for watching television, and internet is also available. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style in the dining room, with sack lunches provided during the day. Success rate generally runs about 90% and some years up t0 100%.
