★★★★★Fantastic ride!! The ranch is so beautiful and the guides were great. The weather was so cold and rainy that morning but they were monitoring it and everything cleared out just in time. They do small groups only which was really nice. And of course all the horses were beautiful. So glad we rode with them and would do it again!

★★★★★Awesome time with Gore Range Outfitters today for horseback riding. My wife and I are beginners and Derrick,Jenny, and Glen our wranglers took the time to make us feel safe with clear direction and a safety test. They stayed with us during the ride to make sure we were in full control of the horses. The ride itself couldn't have been better given that the Mountain View's were stunning and the fact that we we also saw elk, mule deer and coyote pups. Great job!
★★★★★I had a 3 day cow elk hunt late 1st rifle in area 28. Glenn and Larry were our guides for a 1on 1 hunt with my son as an observer. The temp was -8F when we met in silverthorne and drove to the area. The outfitter has access to private ranches in the area where the elk know to escape the pressure from public land hunters. We quickly found a good size 20+ herd of cow elks about 100 yards uphill. I used a 3x9 scope on a 308 with 180 grain bullet. My first shot was good but I put a second as she was still walking about 10 yards. She fell a few yards after the second shot. The elk was a massive older cow and Larry, the guide, expertly field dressed the kill in about half an hour. The was quartering and skinned. We are impressed with the knowledge and service we received. We use gore range outfitters again.
★★★★★OUTSTANDING/MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE!!! Glenn, Derek, and Meagan were all super professional as well as the kindest people we could have hoped for. They clearly love what they do, and they take their jobs seriously. My family and I are all novice horse riders so I was a bit nervous at the start...within the first 10 minutes I could not believe how I felt...I did not want this experience to end! I was 100% secure with my wife and kids safety (17&14)...all because of Derek and Meagan (our trail guides). Our horses were PERFECT for us...strong, responsive, yet gentle. ...and the views!!!...UNBELIEVABLE!!! We saw some deer, which was a bonus! I cannot say enough about Glenn, Derek, and Meagan...really good people...they impressed us with their concern for safety and their knowledge of their horses. We are coming back for sure!!!
