    I just want to sing the praises of Elk Glade Outfitters from our visit on July 15, 2026. Team members there - Carily and Adam -were amazing hosts. They made my granddaughter, son-in-law, and myself feel very welcomed and cared for. They were both professional and personable. They truly have servant hearts and work hard. I have been doing trail rides for years and I have to rate this one as the best. Part of the reason is that this is actually a working ranch so the experience is more authentic. They clearly adapt the ride to each rider's experience and comfort level. It's not your typical nose to tail single file walking pace. And the scenery is amazing. And what a gracious and generous surprise when we were offered lunch. Hamburgers directly from your herd and a cold Coors Banquet while rocking on the front porch was a perfect ending to our visit. We will return!

    I had such a fun time on the cattle drive. The communication was great, being picked up at the Broadmoor was convenient, and Jim, his girlfriend, and his ranch hand Chris were all incredibly friendly. I was nervous to do it by myself but they made me feel welcomed. The scenery is stunning. Novice and experienced riders would both love this! Jim got some great pictures for me as well

    This ranch is truly a little slice of heaven. My kids had an amazing time playing in the stream and sitting on the horses (they were too little to ride them). The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I'd spend every weekend here if I could.

    Elk Glade Outfitters Two of my cousins and I just finished a 4-day/3-night turkey hunt with Elk Glade. "Amazing" is the first word that comes to mind when I think about describing the hunt. For context, I’ve used various outfitters for hunting, including elk, pheasant, and dove. This, however, was my first ever turkey hunt and a guided one at that. We arrived Tuesday afternoon, and within 45 minutes of being at the lodge, we were in the field hunting. Our last day was Friday, and our guide, Ron, took us out for another hunt until about 10 am. As you can see from the photos on their website, Jim is included in many of them. He is a hands-on guy and even cooked for us while we stayed in their main lodge. I don’t have enough room here to rave about Jim, his daughter Lauren, wrangler Rusty, and Ron, our guide. They were all simply the G.O.A.T. (Greatest of All Time). The experience is something I will never forget, and I am so grateful I chose Elk Glade to introduce me to the amazing world of turkey hunting. I will not only book another turkey hunt with Jim & Mark’s Elk Glade operation, but I’m already saving money for an elk hunt in 2026! T. Cook May, 2025

    Elk Glade Ranch it's heaven on earth! Horseback riding was one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life!! Beautiful place, the landscape will leave you speechless.
