My wife and I came to Creekside Hunting Preserve for our first ever hunt, and it was an excellent experience. Eddie Malone was an absolute pleasure to learn from and talk to - answering all our many questions with patience and enthusiasm. Fun two days hunting with Eddie ! Down home friendly! His team of 9 dogs makes hunting so fun. It was a great experience. My highlight was winging a pheasant and the retrieval by one of the dogs. Great place! Took my son for his first hunt. Eddie and his dogs (we had Giget and Cheyenne) gave us a great look at each bird. In addition, Eddie was awesome at providing my son, on his first hunt, with tips, insights, advice, and encouragement. And for me, an experienced hunter, he was a great guide who took you around with great stories, wisdom, and pride for his land, dogs, and birds. I first found Creekside looking for an AKC certified German Wirehaired Pointer to purchase, and found a great hunting preserve and an even better breeder. Eddie has great experience at breeding and can show you his dogs’ pedigree by hunting with them in his managed fields. Pheasant and chukkar raised on site for some amazing upland hunting. He has reasonable prices and has more knowledge of hunting and bird dogs than anyone I’ve met. Please visit for some top quality dogs and bird hunting. We love our Winnie!
