Casey & Cecile at Centennial Outfitters are top notch. Their horses are happy and well cared for, their property and accommodations are clean and well-adorned, and they are super knowledgeable about the colorful history & biology of their rugged little corner of Montana. It's pretty obvious they pour their heart into what they do, and care deeply about their stock and the place they call home. They're genuinely good folks who likewise attract good guides to work for them. And the Centennial Mountains are about as pretty as you can get. If you're looking for an "old Montana" experience, I highly recommend booking with them.

Casey took us for the most spectacular 4 hour ride through Monida mountains overlooking the Lima reservoir. The drive from Dillon was super easy. We stopped for a coffee at Janzz Java just before and were fueled for our trek. Casey, his daughter Hannah and their wrangler Connor quickly walked us through western riding, safety measures and shared the different personalities of each horse. We had the most gorgeous weather and an absolute blast adventuring through the hills and bushwhacking on the way down. Been coming to Montana since I was a kid, and could not recommend horseback riding excursion with them more. Thank you, Centennial!!!!

Three years ago I went on a pack trip alone with all of the Centennial Outfitters crew. We met as strangers and I left feeling like family, all because of how welcomed they made me feel into their lives and how much they genuinely cared about my well being and getting to know me and making sure I was having a good time. I have traveled many places in my life - all over the world - and I have never met people with hearts like those at Centennial Outfitters. They are true to their word, extremely hard working and professional, care deeply about the animals and one another, and have amazing fun loving personalities. I have gone on a pack trip each year with them since our first one together. Each time they show the same kindness, love, and dedication to what they do. One thing I also wanted to say is that I was so impressed with their horsemanship. I work in the western industry and have been to many ranches and met many outfitters, and Centennial Outfitters truly has the best stock and horsemanship. It’s beautiful to see. I hope everyone has the chance to go visit for a ride or for a hunt with this amazing crew!!!!

I went on a pack trip last summer with Centennial Outfitters. It was one of the most life-changing trips I have ever taken. Their guidance, knowledge, organization and even their cooking out in the wilderness was phenomenal. I took the trip with 9 other women so there was a lot of logistics and planning that went into the 50 mile trek we went on and I appreciated the efficiency so much. Their horses are trained IMPECCABLY and I felt so safe on the two horses I was put on during the trip. The terrain was rigorous but the horses knew exactly what to do to keep their riders safe. I absolutely loved my experience with Centennial Outfitters, Casey, Cecile and all of the wranglers.

Casey took myself, my wife, and our four kids into a beautiful mountain lake on horseback. It was a blast. My kids are still talking about it several months later, especially my three year old who got to ride his own horse. Casey was great with the kids, the horses were gentle, and the entire day was perfect. I cannot recommend Casey and Centennial Outfitters high enough. We will definately be going back.
