These guys are the real deal. Matt , Hillary and their family are awesome. They treated me and my son like family. They hunt hard. The play hard. Feel like I found a hunting family and true friendship. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. Wasn’t just the hunt it was being with them.

My father and I used Castle Creek Outfitters for a spring bear hunt, my very first bear hunt. Kelly is a great host and her family was very welcoming and fun! Knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Beautiful country, wonderful food, and fantastic people made for an unforgettable experience. I got my very first bear, a beautiful cinnamon, and my dad got a wild story to tell! Would use them again, without hesitation!

Castle Creek Outfitters are a premier outfitter in Central Idaho. Great accommodations, great food, fantastic guide service and awesome animals. My son and I both harvested a bull elk and they packed it out with no issues. I would highly recommend.

George and Kelly made my first hunt out west and unforgettable experience. My dad and I both harvested a bull elk. The food was great, the horses were great and the people were great. We seen a ton of wildlife everyday. I will do what i can to do a guided a hunt with them asap. I highly recommend them for whatever outdoor activities they offer.

We did an unguided 2021 drop camp, great accommodation and communications from kelly and monica. Though we didnt harvest any game we realize that's hunting and the experience we had was a great time, kelly, george and monica went above and beyond any expectations and we look forward to booking for 2022 and forging new friendships, they are really great people, and thank all of them for the experience

This is the worst Outfitter you can book your hunt with. I paid over $5000 and during my stay saw absolutely no games. I had booked the Elk/Mule Deer hunt. The owner looked drunk most of the time. Guides are very green, and barely know what they are doing. Facility is very poor so is the meals. There were 8 of us in the group, and only one hunter shot a spike Elk. The rest like me saw no games. On 3rd day, when I complained, he kicked me out of the camp, asking $500 to drive me to town. Pictures posted on their web site are either fake or very old. Their references are friends and family. Owner keeps complaining of Wolves have destroyed all games, but there was no mention of that during my booking process, and he assured me of a great hunt. Stay away from them, you will regret it.

My picture is on the web site with an SCI black bear that Shane personally guided. During my spring hunt I was the only client and Shane took care of all the chores. I saw elk everyday right from camp and Rocky Mountain Rams up a bit higher. His horses were incredibly gentle. Expect a rustic atmosphere with a tent camp, running water in the creek behind the tent and wood heat.
