Awesome experience. Jena, Jason and the guides treat you like family. The accommodations are very nice and the food was great. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your experience very memorable. Garret was the guide assigned to me and he was very passionate about helping me get the deer of a lifetime. Everything about this place is awesome from the deer, the comfort of the blinds and the southern hospitality.

Absolutely amazing experience at Carver Whitetails! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My husband, Dylan, brother-in-law, Ryan, his girlfriend, Bailey, and I went on our first guided hunt here, and it was hands down the best hunting trip I’ve ever had—especially for someone with my boujee tastes! We came hoping for one deer and ended up with three. Dylan and Ryan got that adrenaline rush and couldn’t resist going after more! The owners, Jason and Jena Carver, are incredibly kind and accommodating. They make you feel right at home, and if you need anything, they’ll go out of their way to make it happen. The 440-acre high-fence preserve in Eastern Alabama is stunning, and the wildlife management is outstanding, which means big, beautiful bucks with massive antlers. Whether you’re looking for a trophy buck or something smaller, they’ve got it all. When you’re not out hunting, the lodge is the perfect place to relax. We loved hanging out at the onsite outpost with shuffleboard, pool, and more—it quickly became one of our favorite spots. The guides are amazing too! Dylan and I had Jason Edwards, who was fantastic. His knowledge of the land and wildlife, combined with his great personality, made the experience even better. We had so much fun hunting with him, and I may have even named a “new species” of raccoon—haha! Ryan and Bailey were guided by Jason Beesley, who was equally great. We didn’t have the chance to hunt with Garrett Ivester, but he was a blast to hang out with at the end of the day. He definitely added to the fun vibe of the whole trip! The deer are absolutely incredible. Dylan’s biggest buck scored 165 inches, and Ryan’s was 148 inches. There are some real monsters on this property, but if you’re after something smaller, keep an eye out. And the food! Ms. B, the cook, is a total sweetheart and can whip up some seriously delicious meals. Three full meals a day kept us all satisfied (maybe a little too satisfied, I may have gained a few pounds, but it was so worth it!). We had such an amazing time that we booked our next trip before we even left. They’re adding some exciting upgrades next year, and I can’t wait to see what they’ve done. If you’re thinking about booking a hunt at Carver Whitetails, don’t hesitate—just do it! You won’t be disappointed. We’re already counting down the days until next year!

I took my 11 year old son to carver whitetails for a hunt and they went above and beyond and showed him the best time of his life . If you are looking for a great place to take a trophy whitetail and experience an all around great time carver whitetail is the place. We will be booking every year with them.

Had a great experience at Carver Whitetails. The property is beautiful and we saw some awesome deer. The lodge and adjoining bunk room building are very nicely done and much higher end than traditional hunting cabins. The game room and bar area is perfect for large groups or anyone looking to have fun after hunting.The owners do everything to make hunting at Carver a special experience.
