My family and I have been hunting with Big Horn Outfitters for 5 years, it has turned into our home away from home. Everybody there treats people with respect and makes everyone coming into the lodge feel welcome. We have always joined in with the guides when we aren’t hunting and got to see what their job is really all about, getting to glass, helping other people find their dream animal, and getting to see pure excitement from both the guides and hunters. They are very hard working and their best foot forward in everything they do. The lodge is always clean, the food is good. My favorite thing about Big Horn Outfitters is the relationships and memories I have made with the people there.

The guides are all amazing. Their attention to detail and work ethic are the best in the industry. They are patient , personable, and can adapt to all abilities. Game is plentiful. The lodge is set up perfect whether you like to hang out with multiple hunters or just go hang by yourself in a provided personal cabin. Everything is clean and well kept. The food is great and there is plenty of it. BHO sets realistic expectations and matches what was discussed while working hard to exceed them. BHO employs personable guides with great communication skills. They are all fun to be around. Last but not least, safety. They take this serious along with complying to all hunting regulations. My wife, daughter, and I have hunted with them for years and will continue for years to come.

My group had an unforgettable time hunting with Bighorn Outfitters. It was tough sledding the first 2 days dealing with unseasonably hot days causing the mule deer to not want to play ball. But our guides Scott & Nolan never blinked & went above & beyond, along with Rich & Winfield. Eventually Scott put myself & my dad on 2 great bucks late in the day on day 2, & we trusted his judgement & took the bucks 2 min apart from 662 & 700 yards. Distances we had never shot before. The 3rd in our group hunted with Nolan & they had to deal with a full 180° swing in the weather from heat to rain & cold, which wound up benefitting him & he took a big beaut as well. We’re already planning our next hunt with BHO, their hospitality & work ethic was 2nd to none to help us have a successful hunt.

Thank you to everyone at BHO you guys are awesome! I’ve never been to an outfitter that’s more accommodating and hardworking to make a successful hunt. I did an Antelope hunt and shot a great one this year. Winfield worked his tail off to get me on an antelope. He was the eyes in the sky the whole time and I wouldn’t have been able to get the job done without his help! Between that and the other guides scouting other properties to give me the best odds to get it done. Can’t say thank you enough, wouldn’t go to a different outfitter in Wyoming. Oh and Jen’s cooking and hospitality cannot be compared! I brought my wife and kids too, my wife had a successful antelope hunt with them a few years ago too. Thank you and see you for Elk season next year!

Went on an archery antelope hunt that couldn’t have gone any better. These guys taking hunting serious and will do everything possible to have a chance at success. A friend and I tagged out and had an awesome trip. Camp vibes are great after hunting each day. The home-made food from Jen was outstanding.

Big Horn Outfitters provided an amazing antelope hunt for me, my dad, and my brother. All three of my party connected on great animals, and we had a wonderful guide that was both knowledgeable and fun to hang out with throughout the day. The only thing better then the hunting was the food. Don’t expect to go hungry while you there. It won’t happen. It is a very professional outfit that values safety, a positive experience, and helping every hunter get what they want out of their individual hunt.

My two sons and I hunted turkeys this spring with BHO. We each harvested 2 Toms in 2 days. The hunt was great and Rich and Paul were great guides. It was very different hunting that we do in Tennessee and that was what made the entire experience so rewarding. I would recommend anyone wanting to harvest a true Merriam to book with this outfitter.
