We could not recommend a more beautiful venue or a kinder, more welcoming family. From the moment we stepped onto Bear Mountain, we knew it was something truly special. The getting-ready spaces were gorgeous, the views were breathtaking, and the ceremony area was absolutely stunning and full of charm. Brad and Kelly are some of the sweetest people you could ever meet. They have supported us through every step, always making us feel at ease and cared for. On our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly thanks to them, allowing us to be fully present and soak in every moment without stress or worry. We are beyond grateful for their kindness, guidance, and genuine love for what they do. Bear Mountain will always hold such a special place in our hearts, and we couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to have started our forever.

We got married at Bear Mountain Outfitters in Kremmling on June 27th, and it was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. We chose this venue for its stunning location and the intimate, welcoming atmosphere—and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Kelley and Brad were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in making our day special. Kelley and Brad made sure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail, flexibility, and warmth made the entire experience feel effortless and stress-free. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. Whether it was the mountain views, the peaceful setting, or the cozy charm of the venue itself, everything came together to create the most beautiful backdrop for our day. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how unique and magical the location was. Everything about our experience at Bear Mountain Outfitters was perfect. It felt personal, meaningful, and totally us. We can’t recommend this place enough to any couple looking for a venue that’s both naturally beautiful and full of heart.

Bear Mountain outfitters is a top notch operation. The sheer number of free-ranging elk is hard to comprehend unless you experience it yourself. All of the details were thought of including food, meat care and guide experience. We were able to go out for 4 morning hunts and 4 evening hunts. Every single hunt we were close to at least some elk, and some hunts we were around very large groups. Being we were there in the middle of the rut, we heard more bugles than one could count. This is an amazing place that is certainly worth checking out.

Our family of 6, with 4 young children, ran out of gas in our minivan on the way to Steamboat Springs earlier this year. There was no cell service where we were. We didn't know what we were going to do, and let me tell you, the snack bag was getting low with 4 hungry kids in the back of the van. The owner of Bear Mountain, however, offered to give us gas from one of his gas cans for his outfitting service. Absolutely saved the day. While I can't speak into their services from an outfitting standpoint, I can say that anyone willing to take the time to help someone such as how owner of Bear Mountain Outfitters did with us, you can bet they're a great person and a great company to work with. Saved the day for us - can't thank them enough!!
