I recently had the opportunity to go on a wild hog hunting excursion, and overall, it was an unforgettable experience. Here's a breakdown of the trip:
The wild hog hunting was both challenging and thrilling. The guides were knowledgeable and gave us plenty of tips on how to track, stalk, and hunt effectively. We hunted in a large, rugged terrain with plenty of brush and dense areas where the hogs tend to roam. The excitement of spotting a hog and waiting for the perfect shot was intense.
The accommodations were surprisingly comfortable, given the rural location. We stayed in a cozy lodge that offered both rustic charm and modern amenities. After a long day of hunting, the lodge’s common areas were a great place to unwind. There was a big fireplace, and we gathered there in the evenings to share stories and enjoy hearty meals.
The staff was friendly and professional. They were always available to help with any needs, whether it was giving tips on hunting strategies or offering advice on gear. The guides were experienced, and they made the whole experience enjoyable, offering insights into the area’s wildlife and terrain.
This wild hog hunting trip was an adventure I won’t forget. Whether you’re a seasoned hunter or a beginner, the combination of a challenging hunt and comfortable accommodations makes this excursion a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be looking to book another trip soon!

If you are looking for pigs this is the place! Our group has hunted here off and on over the past 5 year but we keep coming back because of the success rate. Recently, we had the privilege of being connected with Gary and that has been an absolute game changer! Having Gary as the guide is an absolute must. Is the lodge the nicest? No. Are there areas of opportunity for the efficiency of the operations? Yes. Gary, has the ability to mitigate these shortcomings and provide you a successful hunt. Thanks to Gary we will be hunting here again next year.

Was just there recently with a group of 10 guys and we took home 20 hogs. It's not the nicest lodge I've been to, but they have hogs there. I've been there probably 7 times and I've learned that two things are a must. Gary MUST be there as your host at the lodge to take care of WHATEVER you need AND I highly suggest bringing or renting your own machines to get in/out of the swamp and to explore during the day! Enjoy!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The Lodge was dirty, and we didn't have Hot Water all weekend because the water heater leaked. Was difficult to get things done in a timely manner. Didn't get any hogs but was told we were guaranteed 1. I was there 10 years ago and had a totally different experience. Time changes things.

I don't know how they get business. Only 1 pic of a dirt road with NO boar's or animals. How pathetic. They lost business from me bc of the lack of info need to plan a trip.
