My family went there 22 years ago and had the best time ever. The staff treated us like family. Horse back riding was amazing and beautiful. Bonfire and dinner outside was so much fun. The staff played lots of games with us water balloon fights, sprayed us with the hose too, we sat on hay bales and roped the toy cattle heads. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories. We have videos and pictures so we watch the videos all the time and show our children and grandchildren. Thank you so much!! 😊

We had a family vacation for an 80th birthday and had the whole place to ourselves (three generations; 15 people, four per cabin). It was, in a word, superb. Horseback riding, hiking, fly fishing. Three communal meals per day the the food and ambience were beyond excellent in every way. We had been there 34 years ago and it was both the same, and updated. We hope to do it again, God willing.

I took my house guests up the Dunoir Valley to the Absaroka ranch for a Wednesday dinner and sunset. From the moment we turned north up the Dunoir valley we were all amazed... the beauty of that valley is unequalled in the area. We arrived to the beautiful Absaroka, and were met by charming "ranch hands" and escorted to an appetizer table .. complete with wine and beer and a more than capable bar and bar tender. A score of interesting and varied guests joined us and we were treated to a gourmet dinner of steak, organic roasted carrots, salad and mashed potato bar. Delicious!!! Cake for desert - homemade!!! After dinner we all retired to a meadow for a country serenade of song, guitar, cowboy poetry in front of the campfire in what can only be described as a “movie set” of sunset, meadows and cool, clean air. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough.

We spent 6 nights and 5 days at the Guest Ranch on opening weekend June 2022 for my daughter’s Senior Trip. If you’re looking for a guest ranch without the crowds, where you honestly feel at home because you’re treated like you’re family, this is the place to be. The owners are amazing, the staff is amazing, the horses are amazing, and the views are out of this world. We’ve been a lot of places worldwide- but this was literally the best vacation we’ve ever taken.
