I’ve been going here for years and have nothing but great things to say about A-Plus. The owner Nick and his wife Jan put a lot of effort into the place and making sure that their customers have a good experience. They have really helped me with my dog these last 5 years and she knows exactly where she is as soon as we turn off the highway. Great place!

Had another wonderful bird hunt at A-Plus recently. Nick and his staff are fantastic. They will make sure you have a successful hunt every time out. The grass is short from the hot summer and pushed down from the early snow so my Springer had no problems locating and flushing the birds for me. Should be a great season this winter.

I can't say enough good things about A+ Game Birds! I've been here several times over the years, and every single visit has been fantastic. This time, I brought my partner for his first pheasant hunt and to knock the rust off myself and my dog after a two-year break. From the moment we arrived, Nick and Manny made us feel right at home. Fantastic experience over at A-Plus Game Birds! I had never gone shooting like this, as I’m new to hunting in general. I was a little nervous at first, didn’t want to “look dumb” or be made fun of by guys who have been doing this for years. I had nothing to worry about! Nick was so welcoming, personable and very invested in my experience. I never felt like I didn’t belong or was being looked down on. Also I want to give a big shoutout to Manny, he was so assuring and asked how many birds we wanted set out at a time and how we would like them set up. We went with our dog who has been out of practice for two years, Manny had the brilliant idea to place a flag where he planted our birds to help in training. This visit solidified it for me, I am coming to A-Plus Game Birds EVERY TIME. Thank you Nick, Manny and the whole team for what you do and the fantastic welcoming atmosphere y’all foster!

For those of you that can't get out to hunt wild pheasant but still love the thrill of shooting and eating them I HIGHLY recommend A-Plus Game Birds. Nick and his team are awesome and have some healthy fat birds right now. Whether you want pheasant, chuckar, or quail they got what you want. It is family oriented and great to get your little ones out on their first hunts with guaranteed success. I took my 9 and 12 year old out and she killed her first bird yesterday. It's a great way to train a new dog as well. They will set up the hunt to exactly what you want/need to make it fun and successful. I have gone to him every year and never been dissiapointed. He is a vet and loves helping vets out as well. Don't miss out and I promise it's worth the drive.

I wanted to write a quick not on our experience with Nick and the A-Plus Gamebird team. This past weekend we stopped by to get our new pup and my son on some birds. Nick and his team were able to accommodate us and took special care to make my son the focal point of the shoot. My son was able to shoot his first 3 birds on this hunt including a nice rooster.
