I recently had the opportunity to travel to turkey hunt and fish with 157 Outfitter, and I truly cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Even though I don’t have a ton of hunting experience, our guide, Peyton, was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable and confident the entire trip. At no point did I feel inexperienced or out of place — he created an environment that was both professional and enjoyable while still making sure we had a successful hunt. The lodging was absolutely top-notch as well. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell they genuinely care about providing a quality experience for their clients. The fishing was just as impressive. Peyton ran the boat and managed everything effortlessly, and his knowledge of the water was incredible. While many of the other boats on the lake were struggling to catch fish, we were reeling them in consistently all day long. It was an absolute blast. What really stands out about 157 Outfitter is the value. The quality of the hunt, fishing, lodging, and overall service far exceeds the cost. I would confidently recommend them to all of my favorite people, and I absolutely plan on coming back myself. Had an outstanding goose hunt with 157 Outfitters. The staff was incredibly dedicated, friendly, and professional from start to finish, making the entire trip smooth and enjoyable. The location has everything you could want in an eastern Wyoming hunting/fishing trip. These are the people you’re gonna want to get a hold of for a low-stress and well-organized trip with friends or family. Amenities were great with plenty of room and privacy. We traveled as a group of 5 to 157 Outfitters and received the utmost service from all guides that provided service. The lodging was amazing and very spacious and accommodating. We will be planning to return on a yearly basis as there is no better value for the quality of hunt provided for the rate. Beau, Jarred, and Peyton provided excellent guiding services and excelled in calling birds in difficult conditions (the highest actual temperature was 1 degree and the lowest was -46 windchill). I would highly recommend the services of 157 Outfitters. Truly an excellent experience.
